4.11. Removal and installation of the carburetor
Removal

- Remove the air cleaner as it is described in the Section Removal and installation of the air cleaner.
- Disconnect an accelerator cable from the carburetor, having addressed the Section Check, adjustment and replacement of a cable of an accelerator.
- On models with automatic transmission disconnect a dumping cable.
- Disconnect from the wire carburetor, remembering their arrangement.

- Unscrew the screw and disconnect from a throttle drive arm a wire to the case (it is shown by an arrow).

|
- Disconnect vacuum hoses, having paid attention that the hose with a white strip is attached to a white plastic tee, and vacuum hoses of the distributor of ignition approach lateral faces of the carburetor.

- On the carburetor 2B4 disconnect and muffle the cooling system hoses going from the TM valve (thermo-starter).

- Disconnect fuel supply hoses.
|
|
|
- Turn off four bolts and disconnect from (flange) isolating the screw on the inlet pipeline of the carburetor.
|
|
|
- If necessary turn off nuts and remove the isolating flange from the inlet pipeline.
|
|
|
Installation
Installation back to removal, however, carefully clear the interfaced surfaces. The isolating flange allows reuse if it is in good shape. Adjust according to the Section Check, adjustment and replacement of a cable of an accelerator a cable of an accelerator and a cable of dumping (where it is applied) - according to the Head the Automatic Transmission (AT).
