2.2.21. Engine balance of assembly at capital repairs
Before assembly of the engine be convinced that you have all necessary new parts, laying and epiploons, also as well as the following positions:
- Hand tools of general purpose
- Dynamometer key
- The tool for installation of piston rings
- Szhimatel of piston rings
- The tool for installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations
- Short pieces of rubber or plastic tubes for putting on on bolts of rods (where are applied)
- The calibrated plastic wire
- Small file
- New motive oil
- Lubricant for assembly of the engine or lubricant on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide
- Sealant for laying
- Compound for fixing of carvings
Assembly of the engine needs to be made for saving of time and avoidance of problems in the following general order:
- Piston rings
- Bent shaft and radical bearings
- Pistons / rods assembled
- Oil pump
- Pallet
- Head of cylinders assembled
- Belt or chain of gas distribution and natyazhitel assembled
- Water pump
- Cover of a belt or chain of gas distribution
- Inlet pipeline and final collector
- Cover of a head of cylinders
- Back cover of the engine
- Flywheel / drive plate
